5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course has been consumed.

Upon approval, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less a cancellation fee of 10%.
Refund requests on technical grounds will be considered only after first attempting to obtain assistance from customer support.
No refunds are issued for items purchased at promotional prices or designated as a gift (see Section 11).
